The brief was simple: combine light, ceramic and wood in a furniture piece.

I took as a starting point the idea of a upper back rest so it supports the body with nothing “in between”. The back rest is a ceramic piece that projects a curtain of light resembling the complete back rest down to the seating. This piece is made in ceramic so the user intuitively seats in a very light and careful manner arising attention to the relation we have with the object and even affecting the posture he adopts.
